As a surfer or porn watcher, all I care about is the quality of the smut itself, not what format its on. If its good porn, then the HD is a bonus.

people get stuff taped with a camera phone, if it looks hot/authentic.
Think Woodman, who made multimillion-budget movies, great locations, best crew etc, BUT made most of its fame/money out of stuff done in a cheap hotel room with a hand-held camera.
