I keep hearing that but I found just the opposite and the ratios were borderline appalling. However, apparently some people can convert them. I can't. And I'd bet I'm probably not in the minority.
Though, I have my hunch that if everyone was doing so well with them that they, the tube owners, would not be converting to a system that would allow content owners to swap those full length videos out with trailers and ads. You also wouldn't see them becoming more and more aggressive with adverting if it was doing so well. I believe like anything else, some do well, some don't, and the same goes for those who try to convert their traffic.
