Then jump into the advanced tab in the power saver menu, and set your HD's to not sleep. That's one reason the machine won't wake up when you come back...

Ahh, that makes sense. Thank you. I've been fighting this for weeks and have searched google and everything and haven't found a working solution. I believe there are still a couple of them that may be on in that area. I'll check that. THANK YOU!
