I have seen bat shit crazy women that are vindictive as fuck all. A very good friend of mine has an ex wife that cut herself with broken glass and went to the police to say he stabbed her. You're fight or flight instincts you mentioned earlier, while fundamentally true lack the psychological complexity necessary to really understand the topic. Some chicks are scared to death, can't move or can't fight. They are raised with a fear of authority and not all of them have the mental strength to fight back. I am sure you have seen the type of women I am talking about and know this is true.
Changing the definition of rape would basically be re-enforcing some woman's fears that they are at fault, that the authorities won't believe them and no one will be there to help them when they need it.
US Laws are not perfect, not even close and I will acknowledge that there are the occasional male victims of false allegations. But that will not be fixed by redefining rape. In my opinion it is a short sighted knee jerk reaction for a completely alterior(sp) motive that has nothing to do with men's rights or the abuse of women claiming rape when there is none
one final thing. The girl 1 and girl 2 archetypes that you mentioned. My own personal belief is that no woman 'is asking for it'. maybe were raised different here in vegas but if I see a chick sitting at the bar alone here in vegas at a casino I automatically think hooker... and honestly 9 times out of 10 they are......
