How does that explain the various terrorist attacks and attempts in other Western countries that don't have the "track record" the United States does for "killing innocent people?" Sure, some of the other countries have been involved in war and get involved here and there, but nothing like we do. England, Spain, France, Northern Africa... Northern Africa has an active al Qaeda element and while we may have "loose allies" in Northern Africa, it's hardly enough to warrant that sort of activity when al Qaeda could be much more active in countries we have strong alliances with.

I don't really buy into the "al Qaeda only hates America" rhetoric anymore. They have proven time and again that it isn't just the United States they want to spar with.
