What's it booting off? Did you swap any of the hdd cables around? Does it get past a system scan or kick out before it? Check your BIOS and make sure it's booting off a hdd and not your burner. Also make sure you listen for the motherboard beeps, you need two for a complete boot. If you get only one it could be that it's trying to boot off another drive, make sure you have the OS drive set as a master and not a slave. If you only had one hdd before it could very well be set as a slave since you don't need to master/slave drives with only one. Also make sure your PSU is big enough to handle what you put in or it won't boot either.
