Hi whatthef,
Amsterdam and Barcelona will not overlap. Amsterdam will most likely happen from 23-26 September, 2011. The European Summit in Prague happens from September 20-23, 2011 - so no overlap here ;)
Event hotel will be 136 Euro/night.
