I agree with BVF....
He was busted because it was dogs... if he would have been caught at a chicken fight, he would have gotten a fine. If he was on an Indian Reservation, he wouldn't have gotten shit or anything said to him at all.
Dogs for some reason are 'better' animals to some people.
