We decided to go up to Yosemite National Park for the weekend. The main reason is because for two weeks in February, Horsetail Falls puts on a pretty cool light show. It is only visible for a few minutes at sunset, and requires just enough water and no clouds for the phenomenon to appear. While we spoke with several people that have tried for many years to see it, we got it on our first try.
