Adapt and survive. Global economics is rapidly changing. Companies like Apple and Google are making 40 million dollars a day profit in case you wondering where all the money is gone to.
If I were recruiting and training girls for a studio I'd be going in on the assumption that the girls will be keeping all the camsite derived money and my revenue stream would have to be "outside the box". If I can't find a way to add value to that then it's not a viable business for me.
And I'd have to find and work with girls who would honor a contract, etc...
That really sucks but we can't fight the tide of history.
