Correct me if im wrong but. . .

The basics to running a business is. . .
You open up
You sell a product or service
You deliver that product or service

Where in business 101 does it state you open up go through 99% of a deal, do not collect any payment and not deliver the final product. . . . and repeat??

Serious, how do people who never deliver and always fall through on their words manage to survive by repeating the above and collecting no payment?!
