Think what you like tantrixxx, i'm not here to try and change your mind. You are obv the fountain of all knowledge.
BUt you will find that even if a designer(or indeed any service provider) is fully booked, they will usually continue to post in threads. Even if your fully booked you still want people to come and look at your folio.
You also want to show up in historical searches. You want to keep your name out there...You want to line work up in your queue.
So heres a tip for you. Go mow some lawns xx
