There are a few low tech shaving techniques I have discovered by accident:

Put a biller on the cascade and "forget" to configure postbacks, the result will be rebills (and refunds) not showing.

Set the denial url to a secondary biller that is not configured in Nats billing admin, a very light shave will be the result.

Put a join URL somewhere in the tour that resets the tracking cookie, a few surfers will click it, that is another way to shave.
