anybody here use an inversion table or boots?
just got my table yesterday and i LOVE it.
what can i expect from using it consistently over time? i hunch over when i am at the computer and am hoping to offset this via inversion.
the manual states that 60 degrees is just as good as 90 for therapeutic use, is that so?
i am going to 90 degrees and doing hanging crunches for my abs routine though<--wow!
