Who knows where Soetoro was born. But the NAME that he represents Barack Obama was born in the US. This is the key and how he is getting away with it. A long form represents a live birth. A short form represents a legal name. Think of it as his celebrity persona. And he is "acting" with/as this legal name. The courts can't allow this to come to light or they would have to restructure the entire LEGAL system and make it LAWFUL again.
