Everyone just assumes that "someone in the government" is checking this, its simply not true.
People have tried to force the government (through the courts) to look at this, and every court came up with some excuse why they wouldn't rule on it instead of actually looking at the evidence. All of these courts knew that if they ruled on it, that the ruling would be against Obama, one of these courts directly acknowledged that when they stated that they didn't feel they had the authority to remove an active president, so to rule on it would be pointless (this from the case that made it the furthest).
There is just as much, if not more, evidence that he was NOT born in Hawaii.
When you get liberal judges, who don't care about the constitution, how can you expect any type of correct ruling.
Why is there any legitimate reason that Obama has spent millions on defending this, and even getting Hawaii to change its laws regarding the release of the certificate of live birth? Whats to hide? At this point, everyone already knows the information that would supposedly be on the certificate, so its not like there are any privacy issues, just release it to confirm its true, very simple.
