The best way for ANYONE to get help with a Paxum related issue is to contact the support department directly. Open a ticket (inside the Message Center) or send an email to [email protected]

Our support team are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable, and keen to assist.

I am always available to contact as well (ICQ/AIM/YM/SKYPE/EMAIL/etc), but I do have to consult with the support department to get specific answers relating to your account, so it makes much more sense to contact them directly.

We appreciate your business and I'm glad your situation is resolved.
