If you think the constitution should be rewritten then you and your fellow Americans who are so against what these guys are doing should get together and make an amendment to it. Ask your congressmen to enact laws so that they can't do it.
But saying that you are for random people just taking the law into their own hands and brutally beating someone for exercising their rights as an American is stupid. Who decides who is allowed to go out and beat someone up because they don't like what they say? You've already made it clear that you don't believe the law should be the deciding factor, so what should it be? The community majority? So in a community where people hate porn you are all for the people ganging up and beating the shit out of any porn producer there even if it's against the law?
People like you is the reason there is law. Unfortunately those same people (ie: you) don't seem to be able to grasp the concept of society and the way it works.
If you knew ANYTHING about what free speech really is then you wouldn't have made such a misinformed post. Freedom of speech isn't there to protect the popular - it's there to protect the unpopular. Go back and do some learning about what you think you 'know' and then come back and try to argue against me.
