Ethos Environmental, Inc. manufactures and distributes fuel reformulating products. The Company manufactures and distributes a line of fuel catalysts comprised of a blend of low and high molecular weight esters. The Company has three products, Ethos FR, Ethos FR+, and Ethos Bunker Fuel Conditioner (Ethos BFC). Ethos FR and Ethos BFC cleanse and lubricate the engine while Ethos FR+ is a fuel catalyst. There are two esters used in each product, a light ester and a heavy ester.On March 3, 2009, the Company formed its wholly owned subsidiary, Ethos Scientific, LLC. On December 31, 2010, the Company completed a merger with Regeneca International, Inc.
