Requirements:
1. Affiliate management experience sales/improvements in the online adult industry
Thorough understanding of digital media, online advertising, marketing and sales
2. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills Must have entrepreneurial and drive
Responsibilities:
1.Actively seek out, contact, follow up, negotiate and recruit potential partners to expand our affiliate presence, Identify & execute new market opportunities and customer lead generation techniques
2. Manage relationships with affiliates Create and manage affiliate communication and online media partnerships, working in close cooperation with Marketing & Product Development Departments to ensure these partnerships deliver the result required
3. Verify and account for affiliate payments, working directly with accounting Prepare sales reports to track, analyze, and forecast revenue opportunities for affiliate partners and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues
4. Oversee the development and distribution of marketing tools and sales creative to affiliates. Respond to all affiliate inquiries and provide technical assistance and troubleshooting techniques.
5. Optimize the entire affiliate program to ensure constant growth and exposure, provide full support to all affiliates
6. Communicate with the affiliate though as newsletters, blog posts forums,
summits and tradeshows
