We're paying default rates of $75 PPS, 20% lifetime revshare, $1 per free (an actual free user, no credit card authorization or anything like that) and I'd be more than happy to talk to you about anything specific you may need or have questions about.
We payout on the 5th and 20th of each month.
Free users are tracked under your account and you'll receive credit for them even if they decide to become a paying customer 3 years later.
