Guys, wondering, can camsite owners get fined or sued for the models playing music without a licence?
I know that a public premises & anywhere using the music for part of the act or background needs a licence to play dvd, cd, or radio. If they do not, they can be fined. How does it work for the camsite owner, if they have a model playing music from home or a studio, possibly without a licence.
Would the site owner also find themselves in a situation, considering huge companies such as virgin or interscope, have enough money to sue?
