I think you should: - get the name of the rep that threatened you, and any company division he represents;
- file an official complaint with local authorities so that it's on record;
- get a statement from the "bouncers" as a witness account of the incident;
- report the info to the various trade news outlets;
- enjoy the rest of the show while the news makes the rounds.
