First part, if i was running the company I would spend a week and really go over the details of my company.
How much am I making and from what?
What is the exact cost of each element that is making me money?

Once I had the details I would make a budget, including a salary to myself, that I could live with then I would re-invest the rest into the company spending all the extra on expanding my footprint. I would hire staff for redundant tasks then postion myself to learn how to best monetize my sites, this would allow me to spend some of that money on acquiring more traffic.

There is so much cheap traffic right now, that its all about finding a way to optimize your landing pages to get sales. I would invest in something like visualwebsiteoptimizer.com do multi variate and a/b testing on a percent of my traffic while refining my landing page per source.

If you can do this and do it well I see no reason for you not to be able to grow.
