It's what i'm doing right now. For me personally, its always been the easier way to restrict calories and still have the energy/ambition to do workout and do cardio. In fact, I grabbed Lyle Mcdonalds book after you posted about it on here. Didn't realize he had written so many after The Ketogenic Diet.

i've read several of his books and while he's a very dry writer, they are loaded with xcllnt information.
