Godaddy fucked me!
One of their support people turned off my auto-billing on my hosting when I ask for it on domains. And then my sites went down and I didn't notice ( I have a lot of sites) and the email all say the same thing in the header "Product Expiration Notice" does not mention hosting at all. So if you are letting domains drop intentionally you get those all of the time, so you really don't notice. And comebine that with 200 spam mails I get a day.
So now My sites are gone, my WP database is gone and the fact that I always was on Auto-renewal for over a year with no problem and that I did not ask for him to turn it off means nothing to them. They want to charge me a $150 restore fee when their mistake not mine resulted in this problem.
Not to mention I have spent over $10K with them so far! Worst customer service ever, worst interface and endless crappy unneeded upsales. GoDaddy Sucks!
I'm moving all domains from them and will never do business with them again.
If it was my credit card or my error I would not be bitching but really they lose a lifetime customer because the are not willing to step up to the plate and restore my sites that they turned off the billing for. Please!
