Accounts with 1 year of no-activity logging in the system are put on hold automatically (I didn't know we do that). But that doesn't mean that they're closed. Any amount previous to that is still safe and payable. I guess by now that is what is happening to some of you.
As I said in the other similar threads all mails sent to
[email protected] SHOULD BEEN replying by now. So I strongly suggest you to write an email now with your usernames to get those payments on the way.
