I rather use an affiliate program that has a strict review/approval process than one that just accepts everyone. By just accepting anyone they risk a lot of fraud and carding, which is a huge risk to the other (honest) affiliates in their program, because it can end up with the program losing their merchant account/processing + huge fines, which can result in the program not paying the affiliates and closing it's doors. It happend many times in the past years.
