You don't "redistribute" wealth to wealthy people and corporations. That is a contradiction. The question is how to tax them. If you tax them fairly, they create jobs. If you sock it to them, they contract and close businesses.
Actually, it is the lower classes who do not pay their fair share. Many on the lower end of the scale pay no taxes at all, yet they consume the most in government services.
Outsourcing is good, in theory. You outsource the lower skilled lesser paying jobs --and the American workforce upgrades and provides higher skilled and better paying jobs. The problem is that spoiled American workers and arrogant union leaders want special rules and benefits that are not available to the public at large, such as seniority, platinum pensions, guarantees of every type, etc..
