Looking for someone to build me a site like EpicZips.com
CCBill will handle the payment processing, but it needs to be able to tie into the different subaccounts. I think that's pretty much just going to be a field/content type.
If it's done with a CMS, I prefer Drupal (no Joomla!). If you can match the functionality (it's not all that complex, really) with straight PHP and CSS is just fine.
Basically it's a way of offering individual files (they're going to be .zip files of our content) for sale and a backend to manage it. The front end should look nice but it doesn't have to be flashy or even all that unique, just clean and a place to put our logo. It should be able to schedule new files (basically just a field in the SQL for "active" is fine). It should be able to in a graphical GUI be able to accept a number of pictures associated with the sales item, in addition to the fields for name, description, etc. It should also have the ability to categorize zipsets into dynamic categories and change menu items that display the zipsets in a specific category (i.e., Big Boobs, Jane Doe, etc.).
