Here's what I know. That the card you are trying to send to has to be recieving $$ mainly from the company who issued them that card.
For example, my card cant accept payments for ad buys from other webmasters in the biz because sextronix (the company who issued it) doesnt send to it enough or anymore.
Ive written them asking if some other "approved" company starts sending to it if I can start to recieve payments from other webmasters or not.. Im not even sure if another sponsor like AFF did pay me to this payoneer acct if it would go through and accept or not.
This was 3 days ago I sent this support question/request and still havent heard from them. Id like to start recieving payments to my card but its not allowing webmasters to pay me and im not sure if sponors on their approved list can even send to it since the issue company doesnt send anymore.
ITs unclear and confusing.
The person to person transfer feature with Payoneer has a long ways to go if they want it to be industry standard.
Clearly cant be counted on for a primary or even secondary form of payment for webmasters.
I find myself paying much more in using bankwires and risking it with paypal..

Only those Payoneer partners who decided to allow this feature can be used as p2p. Say, oDesk cards still can not do that, while AWE is ok about it. Sneaky bits.

I'd like to clarify since there are a few misunderstandings here. We have p2p open for ANY partner who wants it. Adult and affiliate partners receive it for free until the end of the July. There are some non-adult and non-affiliate partners that also have this enabled, but it is up to the partner to decide whether or not they want it enabled for their cardholders.
If the person you would like to transfer funds to did not sign up through one of the partners that are enabled - then you will not be able to transfer funds. However, you have 2 options here:
1) If these are webmasters that regularly pay others, they can sign up to be partners. It doesn't cost them any money and just involves a bit of paperwork. This is great to do regardless of P2P because you can receive the funds without having to wait for them to be manually approved like private loads. I'd be happy to give more info to anyone who is interested:
[email protected].
2) The person you would like to transfer funds to can open a new account under one of the adult partners that has the option open and just transfer everything over there.
We'd love for P2P to be open to everyone, however the partners have the right to choose whether or not they would like to open the option to their users.
About our support: A few months ago we had a HUGE surge in traffic which resulted in a huge surge in support. Since I joined the company a few months ago, we have added 9 new support people who have just finished training and have begun working the shifts. Just so you know, we have 10-14 support people working per shift, and we have been working extra weekend shifts to catch up. Currently support stands at around 2 working days for replies, but our goal is to get it down to 1 working day. Regardless, you have my email and are all free to contact me when necessary and I can try to make things move faster.
