I would be willing to hand over the domain if I legally retain ownership, similar to how Rick Latona has possession now but I have a contract right to return CamGirls.com when certain conditions are met, say a 1 year cool down period in our case.
few things to sort out, 15% of profit is only about 3-4% revenue, 10% of gross (revenue) would suit me!
Need mid $xx,xxx to unpawn the domain
Need to cover my current living expenses
Draw up a contract etc..
I think 10% Gross, about 1/3 profits is fair for a long term set up, assume you'd make 10X more than with any other available domain, then minus 30% for domain rental and you still make 7X more than you would!
