sounds like a classic plateau.

i'd bet that you need to reconfigure things to kick start the fatloss process goign again eh.
well, i certainly would not think you need to change your time of activity so the other variables are
type of activity
intensity of activity
or
diet.
have you done an atkins-type no/lo carb cycle recently?
