A video of mine ended up on some quasi government server... seriously I have better things to do than hack other peoples servers and put porn on them.
1. I make more money when its NOT all over the internet.
2. I am not a hacker.
3. I have no idea who or what even saw or uses the server.
So yeah... it was a surprise to me because I have no clue about any of it, I just point and shoot and sell it on GFY until the police arrested me. But it wasnt that it was on the server, it was that I made it and it being in existence pissed someone off. I don't really want to get into any more details to be honest but yeah!
As for the state, I am pretty sure its open to whatever they want to do unless they have a law in place stating something specific or there is precedence. But I am not a lawyer... plus I was supposed to get federal charges so you can get those in ANY state... so really the state I was in doesn't matter.
