Bottom line, Amazon don't care where the company you operate is registered, what matters is your primary place of business.
Unless you plan on relocating to Kansas then a Kansas corporation will not help you, quite simply if you live in California and carry out affiliate related tasks in that state then your primary place of business is California and it does not matter if your corporation is registered in the UK, you will still be caught up by Amazon's rules.
Amazon is killing accounts of affiliates who try and get around their rules, put in place due to legislation related to tax collection in particular jurisdictions.
Sally Rand can not help you circumvent state tax law and any representation by him that he can is fraudulent.
