Unless you can show a qualified legal opinion which goes against all precedent and established law on this matter then you are nothing more than a scammer trying to profit from the misfortune of others.
It is very clear, in law, in almost every jurisdiction, that the prinicipal place of business of a corporation is where it undertakes it's business activities and not the place it is registered.
Amazon are very specific about who qualifies and who does not qualify for the Amazon Associates program.
Notwithstanding the fact that it has been established that you have been bankrupt, that you have taken money for services you have not delivered, that you have a long and chequered history of scamming people, using assumed identities for scamming people and even using the identities of deceased persons to further your scams, the Amazon rules are quite clear and your hairbrained scheme will not change that fact.
Anyone sending you money for anything is going to become a victim, because someway and somehow you will screw them.
