Click through to the join page from one of your affiliate links and sometimes your affiliate ID will be cookied and sometimes someone else's will be, sometimes the join page will be CCBill and sometimes Epoch.

Running a concurrent Epoch and CCBill program myself, it kinda probably pisses me off extra to see someone doing what KillerGram does. Their affiliate support explained that they basically set their system so a cookie is set for the affiliate and processor and is unchangeable for a long time period, even with clicks from different webmaster's affiliate links. So the first affiliate to send the click gets the sale, not the most recent affiliate. Here is a thread where I was trying to figure out how to deal with this problem to promote them: If a sponsor allows cookie-stuffing, is there a way to link to remove the old cookie?
