Also it is a total usability clusterfuck. I tried submitting an ad and only after the 3rd time did I notice I was supposed to fill in the captcha. Then I landed on the Nice overview.

Also there is not contact field or hint that the people should add some way of contacting them.

I'd really consider using a wordpress theme package for this.
