i don't have Crohn's or colitis but i'm pretty sure i have IBS - when i went to doctors for it i don't think IBS was a medical term yet. I just have a really fucked up digestive system, sometimes it just goes off and i really don't have any idea why - some foods definitely do it, salad dressings, anything with oil in it. Ice cream which probably means i'm lactose intolerant.

I've had to pull over off highways and run into fields, once i had a short drive home from a friend's house at 4am in the morning, suddenly i know i was about to splatter so i wheeled into an apartment building parking lot and just barely in time exploded behind their garbage dumpster.

I feel for people with colitis, crohn's and IBS. When I was 13 I had my first gf, and her family invited me to go to an NFL game in Buffalo, with traffic to the stadium on a game day it's probably 2 hours of drive time. I was already nervous going with her family somewhere for the first time, the minute I got in the car I knew I was in for a horrible time. The entire trip I was dying, I was too embarassed to ask to find a bathroom, so I sat in torture trying to act like nothing was wrong while trying to hold it in. I'm still traumatized thinking about that day.
