I got food poisoning once on top of the flu. I shit myself three times while I was asleep and threw up a bunch of times too. Between vomiting and cleaning up I got about 2 hours sleep but amazingly I felt good by morning. I had an exam that day and it was the only time I ever got a high distinction lol.
