yes, after looking at Paxum for almost a year before making a decision to go with them, we do trust them, however, we can't ignore the fact that previous to that we closed over 7,500 epassporte accounts for fraud. We have a legal obligation to maintain a database of the REAL information for the people we send money to, every program does, and the only way to verify that you are who you are, is to ask for proof.
if you signed up with your real name, real address, etc. what damage is it going to do to you by providing a program with a copy of a utility bill, would it ruin your reputation if people found out you were telling the truth when you joined?
