Cda, cda ii, coppa, all if the major anti-porn laws have been about "protecting children", "keeping porn away from kids". Look at all of those (unconstitutional) porn bans during the Clinton years. They all created more problems for freely available porn than for content protected from access by kids (and people without credit cards).
The OP certainly does have a point. It's not like we don't know what a porn ban looks like. Clinton tried it three times and three times got overturned by the supreme court. It's always been based on the theory that you can't have it out there for just anyone to get, that access must be limited to adult members.
