I have a horrible case of Crohns. It is not the same as IBS.
With Crohns it can be non-stop infections, abscesses, intestional blockages, bowel recissions, etc. With IBS you poop a lot.
Diet doesn't affect my Crohns other than I have to stay away from ruffage.
