Don't waste your time.
Kids who want to see the naughty stuff will figure out a way around it. The other stuff wont' be filtered out - Videos like Ronald McDonald pissing in public (which I caught my kid watching once) won't be filtered out.
It's funny how society is so concerned about kids seeing naughty pictures while the real danger is an adult contacting them, pretending to be a child, and getting them to meet, etc etc.
Invest your time in having chat with your kid about the dangers of the Internet instead.
