If you watch the original video you can see that the guy who drove the BMW (the guy in the suit) didn't help at all. Everyone tried to get the guy from under the car expect him, he doesn't want to get his suit dirty. When they pull the guy from under the car, he just quickly checks to see if the guy is still alive.
