Yeah, Im kind of getting that point across I guess. I will probably use YT like I am for the time being and marking the videos to be unpublished. My visitors I am sure wont report the files and no one else will be able to view them otherwise. They're on a separate YT account just for this purpose for now so if it does get zapped, its no biggie. It will for sure be a temporary means to an end.
After looking around it seems that the best solution is going to be something like phpmotion. I tested it out and it allows me to do the exact same thing YT does, embed the video into my site, which is all I really want. Im not really looking to run a tube site per se, just need a simple, decent little host to put my videos on and then embed them into the site for visitors to watch. At least with phpmotion I am in control of the content as opposed to YT staff or their visitors. For the price I guess you really cant beat the option. Im really amazed that I was not able to find a decent plugin for WP that does the same job in a simple way.
