Talia, WHAT sponsor has been trying to load their acct with Payoneer since August 25?
Shouldnt be hard to determine unless you have a bunch of sponsors trying to load.
They are honest and are NOW on bank #2 trying to load to you.
They may not bitch about it but I will.
