No cash? No host, no domains? Assuming you know what you like...
Contact a few sponsors and start talking to them, most will host you, some will buy domain(s) for you. If they offer white labels, setup wl's off sub-domains on the domain, promote them over the site directly.
Content wise, just update... some like to stick to a style, others don't... just update! For your text/content, target each model & site name they have, with every misspell they have, then go down the niches.
Traffic wise.. get your sites page(s) linked up from as many places as you can.
Many social networks allow adult, adult forums in your niche provide traffic for trades. Once you have a little traffic going, work some hard-link trades in.... the goal here isn't to convert the social or forum traffic into sales, it's to exchange it out with better qualified traffic.
The purpose of this is to get search engine listings.. and this will 100% get you listings, how much traffic and how long it lasts depends on more factors than I could ever list.
