Yeah it is and its getting anywhere from 25 to 50K UV a month and over half of that is google traffic and the rest is trade partners and traffic from gallery traffic from persiankitty.com and foobies.com so getting a permanent hardlink on that site alone could be worth the money you'll be paying for all 22 sites.
Now your hardlinks are added to every page (including hand build galleries) on most of these sites so google will index your links without any problems.
