Okay I understand that. But be clear in communication! I always get: should be fixed in a couple of minutes... that's bullshit! Create an honest announcement and people will understand it and they can take actions (remove plugrush for a couple of days from their sites)

You should give the people some bonus cash because of the problems and the communication that went totally wrong.
